Green Country Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (GCSNAP).

Green Country Spay/Neuter Assistance Program offers low-cost spay/neuter services for dogs and cats to qualifying applicants. Certificates are now available at the WCSPCA.

The Washington County SPCA has facilitated over 1500 spayed or neutered animals in our community and has been generously sponsored since 2000 by Dr. Scott Cochran.
